The Day Everything Changed
January 12th, 2021: I remember sitting in the doctor's office, the fluorescent lights humming above me, when I heard the word. Cancer. Specifically, NSCLC. Non small cell lung cancer. Stage 4. Incurable. Chemotherapy and immunotherapy were my only options.
What followed was a deeply personal process of adapting, adjusting, and listening to my own body. I'm not here to make promises. I'm here to share what I did.
